Purpose Drive for the Swiss Red Cross

The Swiss Red Cross puts the most vulnerable at the center. As a body, the management has the challenging task of not allowing itself to be distracted from this focus while carrying out administrative tasks.
BrainStore developed the common purpose together with the members and accompanied the team with the different departments over several months in order to put this "why" first in the departments as well.
Partial questions emerged such as: How can we set up self-organized teams? How can we build a center of excellence for innovation within the organization?
