Working with Roadmaps

The now, then, later and maybe

The roadmap is to be understood as a work plan. The planned measures will be placed in the segments now/then/later/maybe. Each measure contains a title and a description (in comparable form).

Progress is documented by removing completed initiatives from the Road Map and moving initiatives from "Then", "Later" or "Maybe" to "Now" as soon as there is space or capacity.

Individual measures (e.g. "fast, simple, effective") can be combined to form an initiative or even include their own partial roadmap.
