The Facilitator makes working in the team easier (facile: French for easy).

The Facilitator is responsible for the Cycle Board and pulls items from the pipeline and places them into the open.

The Facilitator can step down at any time, the team then identifies a new Facilitator

Does not tell anybody what to do or how to do it.
