Reduction of complexity

The necessity to downsize the company - which had continuously grown over 20 years - the team discovered a large amount of complexity in the organization and processes.

In 2010 the team started to reduce complexity. By summer 2010 complexity was substantially reduced, working with customers was rewarding and highly satisfactory and BrainStore was operating profitably.
