Steps before a workshop

✅ Ensure onboarding
✅ Create an information page and a waiting room → indicate when the lobby will open
✅ Ideally you open the lobby about 30 minutes before the workshop starts
✅ Add a user with the name DJ to the process → you can play music (Loopdeck is a cool tool - for recordings too)
✅ Direct the users via Guestlist to the waiting rooms.
✅ Run through all the actions

✅ Reboot your computer
✅ Turn off system sounds: slack, email, typinator etc.
