As a Brainstore partner, I have participated in and organised several innovation workshops and trainings.

My previous work experience includes entrepreneurial projects (a Tea bar in Berlin in 2011) and consulting (I worked for E&Y advising clients in the financial sector to comply with the latest legislation and I helped a travel services company gain a better understanding of how online channels can help them improve their high street presence).

I have a degree in law and in public studies form the Universities of Lausanne, Sciences-Po Paris and Berlin.

In my free time I love to travel and have spent a lot of time in Asia. I have been acting in theater plays and in movies since I was six, I own a full DJ set for electronic music and I design a lot of the clothes I wear.

I discovered my enthusiasm and passion for live communication at the age of just 19 and started working for myself while I was still a student. As the head of A3 Erlebnismanufaktur AG today, I love to experiment with storytelling theories at exhibitions and events. Headquartered in Switzerland, A3 Erlebnismanufaktur AG is involved in national and international projects that always feature a generous dash of story and emotion. I'm married and have a 4-year-old son. I enjoy the great outdoors and spend my free time camping, canoeing and running.

I am also currently co-founder and partner at NOBA Ventures, where we help customers design new businesses customers will care about. I have co-founded two other startups: Musicotec is an event organising platform, going on strong with 25,000 active users and Ôasys with which we raised 350,000€ of seed capital and successfully entered an accelerating phase at Europe's leading accelerator, Startupbootcamp. We have entered and won several pitching competitions.

My passions include music and running. I have co-written music for INDITEX, TV2 and Henkel and have finished 4 marathons in Barcelona, San Francisco and Paris.

Mein Name ist Julia ich bin bald 37 Jahre alt und ich lebe in Biel in der Schweiz.

Studiert habe ich Industrial Design und gearbeitet habe ich bisher als Design Berater für Ingenieure, als Idea Producer in über 250 Ideen Projekten, als Querdenker in über 100 Ideenprojekten, als Human Centered Design Consultant für die Swisscom im Bereich Privatkunden, als Designer in mehrere Upcycling Projekten und jetzt bin ich selbständig als Innovationskuratorin.

Kristian Austin has been working in film and video since the early 90's. Educated at Tisch School of the Arts; he subsequently worked a series of internships into a career in advertising and film/video production.

Kristian has been a BrainStore Partner since 2014 and is currently developing a new branch of BrainStore in Buffalo, NY.

Having grown up in Ticino, Luca Weber studied environmental and cultural psychology in Berne, before he joined BrainStore in 2000. After four years and several stays in Mexico, Luca moved to sunrise in Zurich and then to Health Promotion Switzerland in Berne. Here, he was Head Product Development in the field of occupational health promotion by 2016. Luca is convinced that work should be healthy and would like to contribute with fresh ideas.

Mark, born 1972, grew up in Biel Bienne Switzerland. He graduated with a Bachelor of International Hospitality Management from Hotel School of Lausanne in 2000 and specialized in Project- and Eventmanagement since.

He worked in the BrainStore in 2001 in the Idea-production team and freelanced as a facilitator for the creative workshops and think-tanks for many years all over the world.

He speaks german, french, english and spanish, is known for his open spirit and his fast comprehension of complex situations. He also stands for a service oriented mindset and for always energizing the team involved.

Today Mark manages his own agency KomVent GmbH in Zürich, which is specialized in offering services and coaching in the field of communication and events.

In the close future Mark will focus again more on coaching individuals and companies, on escorting innovation processes as well as on enhancing creative culture and producing fresh and brilliant ideas within the BrainStore.

Markus, born 1966, grew up in the Eastern part of Switzerland. In 1989 he successfully discontinued his economics studies at the University of Geneva and became an entrepreneur.

His vision: decipher the DNA of innovation and develop scalable, robust, replicable processes to produce fresh ideas. The “Idea Machine” was ready by 1997 and launched by Markus’ company BrainStore. Markus has a large network of freelancers and applied the process for a wide variety of organisations: e.g. BMW, the National Academy, MIGROS, the Swiss Railways, Greenpeace or the UN. Markus also works with individuals, who for instance need and idea for a name for a dog. Markus has lectured at Cornell University, IBM, the University of Geneva etc. Markus is the author of the book “The Innovator's Handbook”. Markus lives in Biel/Bienne Switzerland and in Brooklyn USA. Most of the time I love my life and am passionate about exploring creative universes.

I am selfemployed in collective creativity facilitation under the working name OroMorO, where I also use brainstore methods.

In the past I opened www.ichlehe.es – a local community platform for ideas for public spaces + workshops where we use and invent creative methods to build up a database of solutions and involving habitants in urban planning. Thus I am into public participation.

I am also interested in Scrum, Agile and Design Thinking. I used to work for an IT incubator in Spain, where I first got into touch with these principles.

Man sagt, Katzen hätten sieben Leben. Ich befinde mich gerade in meinem dritten oder vierten. Auf jeden Fall liegt noch einiges vor mir...
In meinem ersten Leben (Schule lassen wir mal außen vor) wollte ich gerne gemeinsam mit Menschen und für Menschen etwas bewirken. Deswegen beschloss ich, Lehrer zu werden. Ich habe zwar fertig studiert, aber das Staatsexamen nicht gemacht. Ich hatte damals die Wahl zwischen dem Lehrerberuf oder dem zweiten Leben. Ich entschied mich für letzteres.
Ich bekam das Angebot, an einer Münchner Schauspielschule zu arbeiten. Nach mehreren Stationen an Schauspielschulen gründete ich zusammen mit drei Kollegen die Akademie für Darstellende Kunst in Regensburg und war zehn Jahre Theaterintendant in der Oberpfalz in Bayern. Viel mehr als Shakespeare und Goethe interessierten mich die Menschen. Back to the roots also. Seit 2014 arbeite ich als Trainer und Coach und betreibe neben dem Brainstore Leipzig die Marke Comisch - Coaching mit Schauspielern.

Born in 1986 in Switzerland's Wild East I grew up with an insatiable sense of curiosity and a lot of questions. Later on, as a graduated psychologist, I began a Swiss journey that eventually led me to a first encounter with BrainStore in 2007. After three years of full-time work in the idea production on more than 60 different topics I continued my liaison with the idea factory on a freelance basis. I'm super excited to return as one of BrainStore's official partners (#Ideenkomplizin) located at the lake of Thun. And now, let's play the idea game together.

I love creating and implementing new ideas. When I was only a teenager, someone asked if I could write a "How to" book what would be the title. I said, " How to find the answer to any question." I knew early on that answers were available no matter what, even if it didn't seem likely. For some reason I had faith that the answer could be found simply by being confident that you can find it. So, of course I was called weird often. But I found that being weird allowed me to meet awesome people that were also weird... by weird, I mean AMAZING. After 7 years as a Strategic Planner, I was introducted to the BrainStore model and I am looking forward to combining my experience and this creative process to discover new ideas.

Nadja is one of the founders of BrainStore. She has managed over 600 innovation projects for companies of all sizes and all industries. She wrote the book "The IdeaMachine". Today, she is a BrainStore partner and runs her own company, Word and Deed, where she focuses on good collaboration, using principles from LEAN and agile. She is 43 years old, lives in Biel, Switzerland, and is passsionate about friendships, baroque music and the newest gadget to improve communication.

Born in 1992, in my childhood I was quite active... playing, running, drawing, reading, and learning. I was studying till 15 and finished school at that age. After school I started a 4 years training as a technical drawer in landscape-architecture. I played volleyball through my whole youth, and discovered a passion for photography with 19. In 2014 I took a 6 month break to make my english degree and travel Canada. I re-discovered my Love for the mountains there and enjoyed my time outside walking, biking, hiking... since 5 years I’m reading as much as I can and try to constantly develop myself. I love diving into new topics and ideas. In 2015 I started writing down every Idea I had, now I have quite a collection of notes, sketches, and notebooks. in 2016 a took another break from work and hiked the GR10 a long-distance hiking trail in the french pyrenees. I started working by myself in 2017, and I’m looking forward to work with people and there ideas!

Im November 1986 geboren, habe ich meine gesamte Kindheit in Basel verbracht. Nach der Matur bin ich 8 Monate in Südamerika gereist, bevor ich in Fribourg mein zweisprachiges Psychologiestudium aufgenommen habe. Schwerenherzens habe ich Fribourg verlassen um nach Basel zurückzukehren, habe den schmerzlichen Abschied mit einer 6-monatigen Weltreise erfolgreich verdrängt. Nun arbeite ich seit 3 Jahren an der Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin.
