The organizing team conducts a technical rehearsal and for inexperienced users, there is an onboarding session.
In the first workshop we start with the amassing phase of the process. The goal is to collect as many ideas as possible by looking at the topic from many different viewpoints. After completion of the amassing phase we get an intro into the discovery phase.
We continue with the 2nd part of the discovery phase with additional inspiration sources and a second round creating great ideas. After a break we move on to the like phase.
In part 3 we continue with the criteria scan and the refinement of the leading ideas.
We collect the feedback from the participants.
BrainStore creates a report with the results and the recommendations.
The BrainStore team presents the results.
The customer now has two days to reflect on the value and to set the price. After the cycle is concluded a debriefing with the customer takes place.
