Do you want to start an innovation process? Are you convinced there are innovation topics in your organization that need to be addressed? But you don't know where to start?
Ignite your innovation work with this fast-paced BrainStore package. The "Project Onboarding" is a customized ignition for setting the foundation of sustainable innovation work within your organization.
BrainStore conducts interviews with key players from within the organization during the process.
After the interviews, you will receive a detailed description of the initial situation (facts and figures on the topic), the objectives (detailed description of the objectives), the expected results (What should be available at the end?), and the success criteria (What are the foundations for success?). And, of course, we will suggest using our innovation tools.
We will also look into a proposal for the composition of your project's community and create a detailed timetable and budget for any third-party costs.
You are preparing a strategic, relevant change or innovation process.
This is how BrainStore provides value.
BrainStore integrates key players from your organization.
The Project Onboarding usually takes two weeks. Lead time one week.
The Project Owner provides information and feedback and provides resources for the project.
Key players from within the organisation who are interviewed in the BrainStore Online Lobby.
From BrainStore's side, a team of two partners will lead the project.
Four transparent steps
We start this Cycle with a kickoff meeting in the BrainStore Online Lobby. Duration 90 Minutes.
This meeting is prepared and facilitated by the BrainStore team.
Lobby meetings with 3 to 6 key people from within the organization to obtain background information and answer important questions. The Project Owner and the BrainStore Team determine the group of participants in the kickoff meeting.
The key persons receive a link to the BrainStore Team's calendar and can book a suitable appointment (30 to 45 minutes) for the interview appointment in the BrainStore online lobby.
During the interviews, the BrainStore team asks questions about the project's background, finds out about personal wishes, and collects ideas on the topic and suggestions for possible contributors.
Based on the interviews, the BrainStore Team creates the Production Plan.
