The Swiss Red Cross puts the most vulnerable at the center. As a body, the management has the challenge of not allowing itself to be distracted from this focus while carrying out administrative tasks. BrainStore developed a common purpose with the members and accompanied the team with the different departments over several months to put this "why" first in the departments. Questions emerged: How can we set up self-organized teams? How can we build a center of excellence for innovation within the organization?
