The briefing consists of the following parts
Situation Relevant facts and figures
Purpose What is the customer's purpose - why is the customer doing, what he is doing?
Road Map What is planned now, what comes then, what comes later, what comes maybe?
Project relatad goals What are the goals of the project
Expected results What are the expected results? By when should the results be delivered? Resources (time, money, others)
Success Criteria How do we measure the project's success?
