The briefing consists of the following parts
Situation: Relevant facts and figures
Purpose: What is the customer's purpose - why is the customer doing, what he is doing?
Road Map: What is planned now, what comes then, what comes later, what comes maybe?
Project relatad goals: What are the goals of the project
Expected results: What are the expected results? By when should the results be delivered? Resources (time, money, others)
Success Criteria: How do we measure the project's success?
